My favorite poison is you. (Narrative poem)

Torn between two leaves

Underneath this poisonous tree

Wood decayed

Nightshades arrayed

We lay underneath free

The moisture begins to infiltrate our skin

Air breaths thick

But we do not leave

Instead we bind to the bark how it burns and leaves us scars

Addicted to the delicate flowers it blooms

Unaware of the death sentence it grooms

We plant seeds and invest time

Set camp and shout this turf is yours and mine

Slowly becoming present of the fate this vegetation makes

Shake dust off our heads

Complain the dirt for allergies we secrete

Brush it to the side

If only we opened our eyes to see the grass failing

Loosen ground

Yet we still shake our heads stubbornly

Move camp gently to the right,

Few more years and we will have no more home.

When will we learn our lesson that this tree isn’t permanent but just a loan.

To abandon means to live to stay means to die.

Will you lie with me till time expires?

Inhale the lavish nightshades

Accept we are no good for each other but still stay as the poison reaches our veins.

For you are my favorite stain.

I’m willing to bleed with you

Allow my weight to cause you pain.

Be buried in absolute.

To fall asleep underneath this poisonous tree.
