The game of relationships: self destructive love (Narrative Poem)

In a bar or a home an Introduction of strangers sets off//

They gaze with wonder//

Let’s sit down and plot our own sabotage//

Tie a noose over our hopes and dreams//

A self destructive love//

Sit down and plant the seeds that lead to being bitter enemies//

Predict how ruthless we will become//

Details only we can fully grasp//

No one will understand//

I can’t lie, I stalk you in my head//

Oh that sounded better in my head//

Flirtatious laughter fills the air of this room//

Do not stand up for you’ll feel the heat above, a tempest fume//

Let’s buy another drink and talk about our mutual friends//

Prepare them for the certain complications they’ll have to contend//

A self destructive love//
